Funding Needs
The Greater Binghamton High School Musical Theatre Awards will begin its inaugural year during the 2025 - 2026 school year. With the generous sponsorship of Binghamton University, we have secured an event space. However, even with school participation fees, we will need additional support in funding, in order to cover fees related to obtaining workshop materials and staffing the workshop event.
Below is the breakdown of primary and secondary funding needs:

-
Cleaning fees for the use of Binghamton University spaces following the event.
-
Compensation for mandatory university staff to facilitate the public awards ceremony.

-
Accompanist
-
Stage Technicians (2)
-
-
Purchasing of materials including sheet music, awards certificates, rehearsal tracks, pencils, nametags.

Secondary Funding Goals (able to be obtained through additional sponsorship):
-
Masterclass Guest Artist Instructors (2) to teach Song Interpretation, Dance Audition Technique, and participate in a Q + A
