Adjudicator Information
Adjudicators must meet qualifications needed to ensure they are able to evaluate musical productions with rigor, equity, and positivity. Adjudicators will determine nominees for individual and productions categories using a standardized rubric. Adjudicators may also be utilized to determine winners from each category, through an in-person or virtual callback.

Adjudicator Requirements
Adjudicators will meet at least one of the following requirements:

Professional or Educational Theatre Credits as Cast, Crew, or Creatives

Collegiate Level Theatre Arts Degree or Related Course Experience

Long-Standing Membership or Affiliation with a Professional, Educational, or Community-Based Performing Arts Organization

Demonstrated Support of Theatre Arts Activities
Additionally, all adjudicators must:

Evaluate constructively and positively without bias

Be reliable communicators and return materials within 48 hours of adjudications

Disclose all potential conflicts of interest

Maintain confidentiality regarding all areas of adjudication and nominations

Display professionalism and enthusiasm when interacting with participants, peers, school partners, and awards staff
