School Eligibility
Eligible schools are New York State public high schools presenting a full-length licensed musical production between January and April of 2026. Eligible schools must be located within 50 geographic miles of Binghamton University.

New - Individual Eligibility
Individual performers are invited to participate in the 2026 Awards Program Workshop held 5/23-5/24. Come meet other high school thespians, participate in Master Classes, and learn production numbers from industry and collegiate professionals!
Program is held at Binghamton University, schedule as follows:
Saturday 5/23/2026 9am - 6pm
Sunday 5/24/2026 9am - Awards Program Conclusion (7:30pm curtain)
Eligibility
- High school students currently in grades 9-12
- From a school not participating in the 2026 awards program within the competition radius
- Cast member of 1 high school production or 2 community theatre productions during the 2025-2026 school year
- Able to provide contact information for a recommendation from a teacher or director
Program Cost :
$50 (inability to pay will not prevent participation)

Participation guidelines listed here are required to ensure equity, rigor, and professionalism in the adjudication and workshop experience for all participants.

A Total of 6 Reserved Complementary Tickets for Adjudicators

A Qualified Adult to Serve as a Peer Adjudicator for Another School's Production
