Application
Applications for adjudication will open December 1st, 2025. Participation will be capped at 20 schools, in order of application.
Participating schools with provide production information and an adjudication date will be scheduled.
Adjudication
Adjudicators will attend productions and score awards categories January - April using a standardized rubric.
Callbacks for Lead and Supporting Performers will be held at the end of the adjudication period to determine showcased ceremony soloists.
Workshop and Ceremony
3-4 Students from each participating school will be invited or selected by their director to participate in a 2-day weekend workshop held end of May at Binghamton University. There, participants from twenty schools will attend master classes, learn production numbers, and perform live in a public awards ceremony.
